Cardholder information is maintained through online updates from the host. Cards added, updated or deleted on the host are automatically updated in the CAT database. When card blocks are added or removed, updates may be automatically transmitted to the switch.
Additional card maintenance functions on CAT allow customization of options at the cardholder level including velocity limits, deposit hold options, transactions allowed, fee plan, and marketing messages. Access to cardholder transaction history and detail is also provided.
