ATM Monitoring

CAT maintains current real time status of ATM devices and components including current cash on hand totals by denomination. Detailed device monitoring status and fault indications are available through the Web-based user interface as well as integrated with alerting facilities for dispatch and escalation.

The Sentinel system works in conjunction with CAT to provide continuous unattended monitoring and alerting for devices attached to your network including the interface with your host system, switch gateway connections and ATM devices. Sentinel will notify selected employees or service personnel via telephone or pager with an alert. Employees can also remotely check the status of any monitored device, file or log.
