This module is designed to assist your IT staff in understanding how to administer your Lynx server. During this session each participant will learn the importance of daily, weekly and monthly IT practices. Discussions include monitoring, the use of SQL agents and how to run simple queries, the importance of backing up the databases and other related systems. Employees responsible for maintaining the ATM network, are encouraged to attend this session.

We discuss and demonstrate card base related functions, troubleshooting techniques and validation practices. The employee(s)responsible for managing the Financial Institution card database including card ordering, card maintenance and researching inquiries should attend this session.

Our ConfigBuilder module is designed to train how to use the ConfigBuilder software in the creation of load sets for LynxGate driven ATMs. During this session, each user will learn how to modify screens, establish graphics, and much more.
For customers that have ConfigBuilder LX, training is now included in this module.

This session is designed for the employee(s) responsible for balancing the daily Switch Settlement, and General Ledger accounts. During this class, students will participate in an exercise to balance switch activity and the General Ledger for one day. Also there will be exercises on how to view exceptions, run reports and where to go to obtain totals and relevant information needed to balance.

For Financial Institutions with CAT driven ATM's this course is highly recommended. During this class, students will participate in an exercise to balance switch activity, ATM Cash and the General Ledger for one day. We will demonstration how to run reports on CAT, view exceptions amd obtain totals needed to balance daily.
