CAT Product Specialist I

The successful candidate will meet or exceed the following requirements:
- Services to our financial institution customers related to Electronic Services products via phone and e-mail.
- Technical and operational support of the CAT product and resolutions of customer issues related to switch and ATM interfaces.
- Performance of tasks related to the installation and support of Electronic Services products including remote set-up and support for switch test, ATM installations, switch upgrades, network communications and hardware encryption.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Two years related experience working with financial institutions
- One year related experience working with ATM, Debit and/or Credit processing
- Familiarity with local area networks, TCP/IP protocol, addressing, firewalls and communication devices
- Knowledge of basic project management skills
- High computer literacy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

We are currently seeking a CAT (computer automated teller) Specialist at our jobsite in Moorpark CA. to provide services to the CAT product rollout and for certification and installation support to our customers.
This employee will:
- participate in the installation and support of electronic services products including remote certification support for credit unions
- perform basic project management for sites that are migrating from one switch process to another or upgrading their current switch processor
- provide technical and operational support of the CAT product
- resolve issues related to switch and ATM interfaces

CAT Product Specialist III

- participation in the installation and support of Electronic Services products including remote certification support for credit unions
- perform project management for small projects such as sites that are migrating from one switch processor to another or upgrading their current switch processor.
- organize and lead remote certification testing with switch and host vendors
- perform and document operational analysis of business processing requirements
- define and review appropriate option settings to implement business processing requirements
- conducts customer training using remote facilities or on-site at customer location.
- provide live support for CAT installations and upgrades
